PLs help with material requirement formula in my sheet

I have 3 Products :

Item Number Description
B7 Series B7
v2.6 Series v2.6
2.0/2.1 Series 2.0/2.1

I have clearly defined the bills of materials for producing these 3 products . Currently, I have created a formula that calculates material needed for only 2 products - B7 and 2.0/2.1.... I cannot figure out why v2.6 is not calculating ( see sheet -material requirement). I will be so glad to get help from the great people here on how to get all requirements for 3 products calculate. I have attached my spreadsheet for more clarification.
