PDF with cells as name help

I am using Excel 2013 & trying to make a macro. I need it to:

1. save as ENTIRE WORKBOOK as PDF.

2. to my DESKTOP.

3. file name to = D4-D3-B10-B17-H3 (H3 is a date & the cell is MM/DD/YYYY could it be MM.DD.YYYY for the filename?) (yes the dash between cells is the way i need the name to be formatted.)

I had a macro for #1 & #2 but can't get #3.

Where you provide filename for the file, can you try something like
