I am trying to put together a report to find out how many times someone called in regarding issue (to find the top call drivers) and I want to put the results into a Pivot Table. The table has 2 columns and I'd like to count the number of times where both categories are present and treat them as 1 item. Here is a sample table:
Category 1 Category 2
Windows Outlook
Linux Email
Windows Word
Windows Outlook
Android Mail
IOS Outlook
I don't want Outlook to count as 3 items, I want Windows and Outlook to count as 2 and IOS and Outlook to count as 1. I was able to simulate this by adding a 3rd column which was always 1 and use it for the calculation but I was curious if there was a cleaner way to do this without having to add another column?
