    Shift+Ctrl+Arrow not scrolling

    Hi,

One of my office co-workers have a really weird problem since few weeks. While using Shift+Ctrl+Arrow (e.g. Arrow down), the view of sheet is not changing to the bottom of the data table.

E.g. The table has 1000 rows, she clicks on cell A2 -> Ctrl+Shift+Arrow down -> Correct range is selected (A2:A1000), but the screen is not scrolled down to the last row (the visible area is still A1:A20 instead of A980:A1000).

For all other users (myslef included) when I click on Cell A2 -> Ctrl+Shift+Arrow Down -> Range A2:A1000 is selected AND the visible part of sheet moves to A980:A1000).
I know it's a minor problem, but I understand that it can be annoying when you are used to standard settings.

I tried many different things, like scroll lock, sticky keys, Transition navigation keys but with no luck. I suspect she used some shortcut by accident, but I can't identify the root of this problem.

Has anyone encountered the same issue?

    Thank you in advance!

All cells are filled, it's not a problem with selection of cells - all cells are selected correctly as it should be, the shortcut is working.
The issue is with display selection - after clicking Shift+Ctrl+Arrow Down, view stays on top of the sheet, it doesn't move to the bottom of the table as it should be.

Perhaps consider a hard reset of excel by reinstalling office? Not sure what could be causing this problem. Or perhaps one of keys is damaged on your coworkers keyboard?
