Help! Sumproduct for lookup (Between Range and only result in single number)

To give a brief detail. I have 3 categories that someone can fall under and I also have a number that should be between a year range (In this case as fractional amounts). I need to be able to get only one result based on the Category and year.

So in the attached example, item b for 2.5 years should result in 2 as he is between 2 and 3 years.

Not sure why you need SUMPRODUCT for that. Try this approach

    =LOOKUP(M4,G2:I2,INDEX(G3:I5,MATCH(L4,F3:F5,0),))
    Life's a spreadsheet, Excel!

Honestly, I think my mind just blanked, cause I just forgot about lookup. LoL

Yeah, that is a way simpler idea.

    Thanks!
