Hi there,
I hope you can help.
I've looked at various solutions but cannot seem to find an answer online.
I have four people populating lists of company names in different sheets within a shared workbook. I am keen to avoid duplicates so would like person inputting data to know if the data exists on another sheet.
Currently I have four sheets in the names of people collecting the data e.g. Mike, Chris, Gary and Paul.
What I would like is that if Mike entered the name Pepsi and it was already on another sheet it is highlighted. Ultimately I would like this behavior on all sheets so if Paul entered data on Mike's sheet etc.
Is this possible within Excel? I can see examples that use various formulas for comparing two sets of data but nothing that permits checking more than two data sets at once.
Is this possible?
I'm using Excel 365.
Thanks for your help
Mike
