Dropdown List copies Values from table

Hi There

Im trying to get a dropdown list to copy values from one table to another.
I can get it to work with a single dropdown value, but not other dropdown values.

Am I using the correct formula?? (Probably not...)

Try this in E7 and copy to the right.

=INDEX(E14:E17,MATCH($D7,$D14:$D17,0))
