    Re: Formula calculation stock

    Perhaps j4 is =SUMIF($C$4:$C$11,I4,$E$4:$E$11)

as it equals 30 but you have not explained why!

    and j5 is
    Perhaps j4 is =SUMIF($C$4:$C$11,I5,$E$4:$E$11)

    Re: Formula calculation stock

So in columns j4 and j5 are the quantity of stock available and in columns e, f, g then it is used as an analysis of the order quantity with the existing stock assessments.
So I want the yellow markings to use a formula so I don't need a manual.

    Thanks

    Re: Formula calculation stock

You still haven't told us exactly how you have mentally calculated the quantity on hand of 30 x A and 35 x B.

Explain EXACTLY how you mentally calculate 30 in cell J. Until you do this, nobody can help.

    Re: Formula calculation stock

I cannot help you until you give the information I need.

There are no entries for that date, so why should the results be 30 and 35 respectively? And how wis Excel meant to know about that date?

    Re: Formula calculation stock

I want to monitor the number of orders from the last stock so that I can determine which items can be sold and can also be produced. So I want the formula in columns e, f, g that I marked yellow by taking the last stock from columns j4 & j5 that I marked green

No, sorry - you aren't making this clear at all. Sorry - I can't help unless you tell me how you are calculating those values. I cannot see what your logic is.
