Finding a Match on Two Cell Values

What is the formula for;
If a text is entered into a cell, it matches a text in column A and a YES in column K?

Formula in Column C. Data entered in Column B matches Column A .

=if(And(A1= B1,K1="Yes"),"Match", "No Match")
