    Calculation opf sales comapring to a specific two cells

    Hi,

    I need to calculate % of total sales comparing to a specific customer/group (Target/specific product).

    Cust Product Sales What is % of sales comparing to Target/product?
    Target A 5
    Target B 10
    Target C 2
    AMZ C 10
    AMZ D 1
    KRG C 2
    KRG B 20
    For example what is percentage of Sales for KRG/B comparing to Target/B. Target is always the "baseline".

    Any help would be greatly appreciate it.

    Hi there. This has been viewed quite a few times, but I note still no replies.

    We really need a clearer description of what you mean to be able to help.

    If you view the info in the yellow box at the top of the page and follow the instructions to post a sample workbook, it would make it possible to understand what you're trying to achieve.

    I'm afraid I'm still not sure what you mean. Do we have a bit of a language barrier, maybe? For instance, what to you mean by " % of sales to Target/product"?

    Do you mean, "what is the percentage of sales that each individual product represents for each customer"?

    If so, then this pasted into H3:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
    Please Login or Register to view this content.
    would give you the percent of sales that product A constituted for customer "Target".

    Copy that formula down, and it'll do the same for the other rows, too.

    H3=G3/SUMIFS($G$3:$G$11,$B$3:$B$11,"Target",$A$3:$A$11,A3), or
    H3=G3/SUMPRODUCT(($G$3:$G$11)*($B$3:$B$11="Target")*($A$3:$A$11=A3))

    Re: Calculation opf sales comapring to a specific two cells

    Hi,
    I have a question please help me out...

    I have 3 excel spreedsheets, say ABC DEF GHI

    now in three excel sheets there are 5 colomns with same header name however they are not well placed means their places/positions are different in each sheet

    For example in ABC sheet the colomns are Name age dob doj qual,. But in DEF the colomns are Name doj dob age qual and in GHI it is doj Name qual dob age...

    Now I want my excel mastersheet(a forth sheet) where all the datas will automatically gets copied according to it's colomn name, i.e. the names from all three sheets will be copied under name colomn automatically in the mastersheet & so on...

    Thanks in advance
