I thought you shouldn't put the "=" in your formula. Hope the OP gets back and shows us what worked.

Hi harrisonland , Thanks for looking into this, but it says :" Type mismatch"
Does it work in-cell if you replace the variables with their respective values? Error 2029 is equivalent to #NAME....
Need to see the worksheet, really.
