Automatically email individualized reports from excel

    Good Morning!

I hope this finds you well. I teach middle schoolers online now (COVID-19 and all), and I do not currently have a great way to get specific information about student progress out to parents. I would like to be able to email a student's parents with information specific to each child's progress without having to manually send 133 emails. I would also like to avoid having parents receive one email per assignment (8+ emails) that say something like "Your child has completed/attempted/not turned in ___ assignment". In these times, 8 emails per kid is a lot, especially when you have twins (we have 3 sets on our roster).

Is there a way to take the information about assignment completion and have excel email each student's progress on each lesson in one email? Something like this:

At the time of this email, here is your child's progress this week:

    SS assignment 1 completed
    SS assignment 2 attempted
Math assignment 1 not turned in
    Math assignment 2 completed
    Science assignment 1 completed
Science assignment 2 not turned in
Science assignment 3 not turned in
Science assignment 4 not turned in
    ELA assignment 1 attempted
    ELA assignment 2 attempted

I feel like this is possible, but I don't know how to do it

Thank you for any help you can provide!

This is awesome! Thank you so much! I meant to thank you earlier, but was so excited to use it (and then family and work and yada yada) - so I just remembered that I still needed to thank you.
