    lookup data based on interval and another cell

    lookup data based on interval and another cell

    Data is required to be pulled out from a lookup table and displayed in in the output cell G6 based on data in cell G4 AND G5

    Formula used in G6 is

    But, it is returning “FALSE” for certain combinations of G4 and G5. How can the formula be corrected?
