Number of times a topic appears in an table

Hello

I have a table with summarised desired topics for education/discussion, and need to know which are the most popular ones. The topics are arranged in order of preference (Summary1 Summary2...Summary 5) but the initial summation would need to single out the 10 most popular themes, for example.

Attached is a small section of the table, with an example of outputs.

How can I achieve this, any ideas?

I see BMV's formula and I can't help thinking I am missing something major; but, to me, you appeared to be asking how to get the numbers you show in Column I. If that is indeed your question, this would be the formula (place it in cell I2 and copy down to the end of the list in Column H)...

=COUNTIF(A$4:E$13,H2)

I am assuming you will sort the generated list to get your 10 highest topics.

BMV also brought the names of the fields with a formula, and then the number of occurences of each. That's nice.
