Count Unique Value

Hi, I am trying to count unique values in a column depending on the values in another column. I have tried with countifs but struggeling.

The answer is in column G

Would be great to get some help

Please try at G2
=COUNT(1/FREQUENCY(IF(F3=$C$2&" "&$C$3:$C$16,MATCH($B$3:$B$16,$B$3:$B$16)),ROW($C$3:$C$16)-ROW($C$2)))

**Array formulas are not entered in the same way as 'standard' formulas. Instead of pressing just ENTER, you first hold down CTRL and SHIFT, and only then press ENTER. If you've done it correctly, you'll notice Excel puts curly brackets {} around the formula (though do not attempt to manually insert these yourself).
