Hi All,

It's been a really long day and I'm going in circles and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to do what should be a simple if related formula where we have stock in factory a of x amount and the formula will look at the forecast and if its more will take all the stock from a and the remainder from factory b (factory b will never run out) and if the forecast is less than the stock in factory a it will just take as much as it needs from factory a and nothing from factory b... I've put a simple example in the attachment.

Could anyone help me as I keep getting it to work one way (i.e. if there is more forecast than stock) but as soon as it changes around it doesn't work
