    Help with INDEX and MATCH functions for multiple results

    Okay, I think I formatted this correctly.

    This is an example of what I'm trying to do with INDEX and MATCH, however in my project I will need to look both left and right, so VLOOKUP isn't an option for me.

    Basically I need to find a function to put into the yellow fields that will return all of the ingredients in A6:A14 that are part of the "Cake" recipe. Column B indicates which recipe the ingredient list belongs to:

    I would like the results to look this like this:

    Unfortunately I can't get anything to return more than just the top result of "Frosting" all the way down the column for each Food item. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    You have an invalid attachment. Try attaching it as per the yellow banner at the top of the page.
