    Issue with Date Format DD-MMM

I am having an issue with the date format. The raw data is the format as mm/dd/yyyy, but when I pivot (and group by month), the date shown as dd-mmm.

The field setting format as a mm/dd/yyyy, but it is still showing as dd-mmm.

Hope there is a way to fix this problem.

    I've also attached a snippet.

    Thank you!

You have to change the format in the value box, otherwise it will not work.
Notice my main language is not English.

Date is on the Rows box. The Values box is sum of the CPU Time.
I am not sure how that is going to work.

You are totaly right, my offered solution in #2 is useless.
    Apologise for that.

Please post a small excel file with the problem, without confidential information. I am just interested in the date (format) ot the values in the original data and the values in the Pivot table.
