Check if exists on sharepoint list.

Hi,

I got a sharepoint list with +300k records, that contains amongst others an ID and a date.
I would like to create a vba script (or function) to check if a value is present on that list with a date smaller then the last 90 days.

The excel equivalent would be something like this:
=COUNTIFS(sharepointlist_ID = id, sharepointlist_date = today()-90)

Has anyone done something similar before?
