    Macro for prefilled message

    Hi All,

I was wondering if there is a macro to prefill a new email message when I execute it, I would like to put it on the quick access toolbar and click it when I need to send a report to a specific person.

The way I want it to work is to have it addressed to a specific email, like "[email protected]".
Subject will have today's date followed with "Report", e.g 30/05/2020 Report.
The message body will have a prefilled text, saying something like:

    Hi Boss,

Please see my comments below for today's activities:

I appreciate your time and welcome any feedback.

    Best Regards,

    Hi ORoos,

Sorry for the late reply thanks for your code.
I want to add a signature from the template I made on Outlook, I can seem to get it working.
Anyway you can add this to the code?

    Cheers

    Hi atomichybrid,

Nice job ORoos. Try the code below which is a modification of Oroos's code in post #2 which is text only. To grab an Outlook Signature the body of the Email must be HTML.
