Create Singular record from a Zip Code Range table

I have a zip code table that is used to assign sales hierarchies in my CRM. The table is set up with a range of zip codes / record rather than a singular zip code.

I need to recreate this file to be one record for each zip code for use outside our CRM.

so the above would look like this

I had another sign on here which I had trouble getting in to, it's been years, but someone here had taken the file placed in the formulas and sent back the solution. Somehow the original file got corrupted by someone, and now I have lost the solution.

Note: I need to return all the fields above with the correct zip codes..

I am not familiar with all the zip codes in the USA, but there must be a site to download all of them with the information you need.
try: https://www.unitedstateszipcodes.org/zip-code-database/ there is a free database download for personal/non-commercial use.

There is only lists of used zip codes without unused numbers which is not useful but it is also not what I need.

I need the 2nd image. A table with each individual zip code with the region area and community information.
