Relationships Not Showing - 2016.

I cannot see a one-to-many relationship in the relationship view. The L,P,M,P table feeds the Parents table, which is showing in Object Dependancies, but not showing in the relationships view. Can anyone advise what's going on?

I've seen a thread where somebody updated their display driver & this worked, amongst the obvious right-click > show all relationships, but I cannot seem to get it.

EDIT - Tried Compact & Repair Database Tools but has not worked, & this should not be required anyways, as only a minuscule thing here. I renamed a table so that may be causing issues, but obviously renaming a table is an essential thing. If one cannot rename a table without catastrophic effect then I may want to upgrade to a typewriter. I'll be writing my own C# app soon, but I'm in a rush to get this cracking so I need to get the preliminary done in Access first.

Sorry, I think it may be to do with the fact it's a lookup field? But I am stumped as to why it would not be displayed in the relationship hierarchy?

Is your lookup in a Table or in a Form. If in a Table, you really should avoid this type of activity. Do your lookups in a Form and not in the table.
