    Date Format 10.04.2020

I want to convert the date format 10.04.2020 to 10-April-2020.

In my report 10.04.2020 is the default format and it is not accepting this formula =DATE(LEFT(M2,2),MID(M2,3,2),RIGHT(M2,4)).

Please help me or give me a solution.

Just set the cell formatting to dd-mmmm-yyyy.

    Or this:

    =DATE(LEFT(M2,2),MID(M2,4,2),RIGHT(M2,4))

    Re: Date Format 10.04.2020

    Try this:

    =DATE(RIGHT(A1,4),MID(A1,4,2),LEFT(A1,2))

    Custom formatting for B1: dd-mmmm-yyyy

    Excel 2016 (Windows) 32 bit
    A
    B
    1
    10.04.2020
    10-April-2020
    Sheet: Sheet1
