    Dynamic Range for LOOKUP Function

Hi, I have this set of data (as attached), and I want to get data for date-2, and taking the last non-blank cell if data is not available.
How do I make the range in the LOOKUP function to be dynamic so that it will only search from date-2 upwards for blank cells.
    Thank you
