Package VBA to be "Installed" by another user?

I've build out a fairly robust VBA customization. I would like to be able to share this with others via a downloadable file the user can "install" or by using an "add-in." Not really sure where to start with this. I'm sure this is either super simple or insanely complicated. I just hope its not the latter. Any guidance or tutorials out there I can use / watch?
