Is a automatic/Dynamic work shift schedule to complex to excel?

I want to make a Excel sheet to make it easy for a guy to make work shifts for his workers, but I wonder if it may be to complex
    - Anyone tried or have inputs. I don't have a lot of excel skills, but will look at this forum, youtube etc. to hopefully get inputs/help.

It will have two different types of work A and B

    - A is on 8 hour shifts in weekdays mon-friday and 12 hours in weekend
    - B is on 12 hours shifts all week

Some can do tasks in both A and B, but not all

And I have certain criterias which needs to be met, like :
    - no one can work again within 11-hours rest
    - Max 6 days of work in a row
    - Specific dates have to be free for certain individuals (expected holidays etc.)
    - Set an amount of hours for each individuals for the system to be close to hold e.g. ''Kim'' has to have 160 hours per month, se calculations then needs to be close to a shift above or under is fine

Does this sound unrealistic in excel ?

    Thanks for you feedback

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

AliGW - Thank you - But I haven't done any work, yet.

This is simply just a question for smarter people to see if they think it would be a waste of time to try setting something like that up

Smarter than which of us - me or you?

Not having started should not stop you from being able to mock up what this might ideally look like. Doing this will help your helpers to help you more easily, but if you are hell bent on ignoring my advice, so be it.
