Pivot Table Value Issues

As per the attached sample, I am trying to create a pivot table in the sheet 'Support Manager Moves' however when I do this I get the same counts in both columns even though they are different. The desired output is to show:

1. A count of the number of customers a Support Manager was associated to as per column B and C i.e. the current account allocation
2. A count of the number of customers a support manager is associated to in the future as per column C and F i.e. the future account allocation

From this, I will add a calculated field to show the increase or decrease in the number of accounts each support manager is covering

I'm sure this is something in the way I have the data set up but I can't resolve so I would appreciate any help.

I think you need 2 different pivots
in your pivot you took to the row label only the current support manager,so it shows only this counting.
I dont think you can mix them.

Thank you for your reply. Is it then possible to have a calculated field comparing the count in the pivot to show the change?
