How about
=FILTER(FILTER(A1:D25,A1:A25="something"),COLUMN(A1:D1)<>2)
although your profile doesn't mention having 365
Thanx for the reply.Yeah I am trying in Excel in web version.Actually,I am looking similar like Query(A1:E5,"Select A,C,D where ..... condition...") which is in google spreadsheet.I thought filter function in this regard works.
I'm afraid I have no idea what you are saying.
Can you please clearly explain what you are trying do & also provide a sample workbook showing your data & expected results.
Hi,
'Query ' is a google spreadsheet function in google docs .In google docs, spreasheet or Sheet is similar to that of MS Excel.I thought this function 'Query' is equivalent to new introduction by Microsoft function 'Filter' or not i.e why I have mentioned in # post 3,the function of Google Docs.
I am confused. Do you need this for Excel or Google Sheets?
You didn't even mention Google in that post!!! In fact, you said this:why I have mentioned in # post 3,the function of Google Docs.
The web based Excel is not Google Sheets ...I am trying in Excel in web version
