Angry Certain Cells are not displaying the data

I have a spreadsheet that we use for a telephone directory. The data is in the PERSLIST worksheet. The Directory Worksheet displays the Name and Number based off the row number on the PERSLIST.

Recently, certain rows are not displaying the data. I have checked the formula and the format of the cells. Ensured data is in the cell that is referenced. I made sure that the cell font color is not the same as the background. I reordered the data, but problem persist. See Directory rows 42, 122, & 156

I am stumped! Any and all help is appreciated.

Unhide column D on the PERSLIST tab and you will see what is wrong.
