Automatically updating a scatter plot with customized data points based on x-y- results

Hi, i'm pretty new to this but here goes .

I have a scoring table as such, with two main outputs ( importance and urgency , computed in the last two rows )

which i will plot into an x-y scatter plot based on the last two rows ( urgency on the x axis and importance on the y axis) as shown below

However, each data point is manually entered to represent its project number ( insert shape with respective project number, fill picture into data point ) .

is there any way i can allow for
1) the table to expand accordingly as projects increase
2) the customized data point to be automatically added ( circle, random color, with project number in the circle )

Hello jojorabbit and Welcome to Excel Forum.
A bubble chart could be produced that will do some of what you want in point 2, providing that the data is put into a different arrangement as modeled in A37:C49 of the attached sheet.
Note that columns A:B are populated using: =INDEX(E$34:P$34,ROWS(A$1:A1))
Note the product numbers are filled after the rest of the chart is produced.
