Downloading example worksheets posted here

Hello, I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this question. I am a new user and I'm just trying to download a demo worksheet that someone posted to explain a skill. The forum tells me I do not have sufficient privileges. Please tell me, what do I need to do before I may download spreadsheets from other people's posts? I am just a new user, trying to learn from all of you. Thanks!

This is the thread I am trying to download from. The worksheet I hope to access is in post #4.

I believe you have to be a member for at least 60 days. This is apparently to prevent scalpers from abusing the products of members on this forum. However, you are allowed to upload your file , when applicable, per the method in the tan banner at the top of the screen.
