some docs open, other docs won't open

I don't know how to open a spread sheet that I've been using for some time. A blank page only displays. Other documents in Excel will open, but not the one I want.

got windows 10? if you do, record a video of the occurance (you going through the motions and seeing the blank page after attempting to open the file) with the gamebar. (press [windows key + G]). upload the video file to a cloud drive and post the link.

Strange thing, this digit stuff. I sent the file to my daughter, who then opened it on her phone. She then sent it to my wife who had the original problem on her computer. It opened from Google Sheets, and Numbers on the iphone opened it.
There is balance in the world again. Thank you to vba_php for your time.
