Return Row of data based on 2 dates using

Hoping someone can help - every post related doesn't seem to work and don't wish to use VBA on this workbook

I have Sheet 1 contains rows of information on Sheet 2 I wish for that information to appear by row based on a date inputted into a cell(B1). This i can achieve but i need all information to be return from the date entered for the week

Sheet 2 - I've attached screen shot with formulas I'm using

Overall - in B2 it shows how many records should appear for that given week - i can only return the data for the date inputted and would like the full display between the dates B1-E1

I'm just guessing here, but how about adding 2 COUNTIF() functions together if you want the entire count of records in any given range between 2 dates that are located in 2 different cells? would that work?

Thank you but i'm not looking to count the records.

I'm looking to display the records that fall between the 2 dates in cells B1 & E1

i don't think you can do that with a single formula. not that I know of anyway. that wouldn't make sense at all. the purpose of built-in functions are not to perform multiple-step operations like that.

Thank you. I can do it using VBA (from a previous reporting tool) but for some unknown reason my manager wants it all by formulas.

    I'll keep searching and trying

LOL! no question here! some managers simply make impossible requests. I've worked hundreds over 20 years. I agree. try to do it with respect too, newcommer. he's ignorant and doesn't even know it. they're all like that. that's one of the primary reasons why a lot of corporate level programmers hate their jobs.

PS just a update - My manager cant move with the times, but still insists it can be done. So handed it back to him and told him to give me a shout when he wants actual Code
