    B=A unless one condition

    My 2nd post today (hope that is okay?)

    Hopefully I can explain this clearly and would be grateful of any help :-)

    I want to do a simple Cell B = A in all my B columns , unless A contains a 1 certain text, then i need to change it to the company full title.

    I suppose you want this

    In B2 and drag down
    =IF(A2="Coke","Coca cola",A2)

    Or you could use find and replace, find what >> "coke" (w/o quotes) replace with what >> "Coca cola" (again, w/o quotes but use the capital letters and lower case letters as you want the output to appear)
    then replace all.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Find and replace is my normal go to. But on this occasion I need the sheet to update any future entries
