Hi excel experts i like to know how to find frequency without disturbing data and no helper coloum please let me know below i am attaching file

Array Frequency method
select L3:L6
=FREQUENCY(C3:H10,-MID(K3:K5,FIND("-",K3:K5),4))

Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter
