Search funtion by index & match

Hi

i want to find value of index on the table on the right to fill in column D

here is my fomular in K2 :
=INDEX(H2:H7,MATCH(1,(A2=G2:G7)*(C2=I2:I7),0))

need help because it does not work.
Also , how can i make it dynamic if the size of table on the right will change ? can i use G:G , I:H or H:H

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
