Duplicates and summing separate Lines

Hi,

Looking for some help to get a calculation that i am currently struggling with. I am looking to find the time between one team starting their work and another team starting their work for each request that comes through.

Using example above I am looking at trying to do the following:

IF A:A is a duplicate then calculate the time between Team A's task starting and Team B's task starting or Team A's and Team C's or Team A's and Team D's ect. Team A will always be the starting point.

Hope this is clear.

Try this formula in E2 and fill down =IF(D2="Team A","",C2-INDEX(C:C,MATCH(A2,A$1:A2,0)))

If i wanted to do the same but this time it was the time between Team A Starting and Team (B,C,D ect) ending?
