Excel 365 VS 2019 Suite

Hi. Are there any function/formula or conditional formatting or pivot table differences between the latest 365 excel and the 2019 Office Suite excel please (and what are they specifically)? I currently use the desktop suite, so essentially my question is: am I going to lose functionality, or is my existing excel tool not going to work (and how) if I move to 365 (which clearly has long term benefits over the static suite version)?

Sadly no regular expression function(s) yet. Which, in my opinion, means it's a VERY GOOD IDEA to have a portable copy of LibreOffice available for some types of data cleansing Excel still can't handle (note that there were calls for regular expression support in spreadsheet USENET newsgroups back in the 1990s; well, it only took MSFT 8 years from the time Borland introduced colored worksheet tabs in Quattro Pro to MSFT implementing them in Excel 2002).
