Filter out all rows if cells contain "605" or "606" inside a string

I have a sheet with headers in A3:O3 and data down to row 106,893

Column C's header is "Department (Top Task Name)". I want to be able to filter out all rows in the dataset where either "605" or "606" is present in column C.

A sample of some of the data in column C:

    EPI Accrual
    ICO ASC 606
    PIE Accrual
    US FTE CR
    REVENUE 605 CONTRA
    IE FTE CR
    IE UTS DM
    606 MAN ADJ
    REVENUE 606
    REVENUE 605 CONTRA
    IE UTS DM

I want to filter the data so that I end up with this:

    EPI Accrual
    PIE Accrual
    US FTE CR
    IE FTE CR
    IE UTS DM
    IE UTS DM

    Thanks for all help!

    Apply a filter
In Column C, Go to the filter dropdown> Text Filters> Custom Filter
    Does not contain: 605
    AND
    Does not contain: 606
    Is that what you need?

    Hi

Select part of your data and select the home tab, then Insert and table

Then click on the arrow at the top of column C to open the filter option.

    Select Text Filter

    Set "Contains" and 605

    Set "Or"

    Set "Contains" and 606

    You have filtered your data.

If you now select special visible cells you can copy and paste your filtered data elsewhere.

    Thank you!

I can't believe I have never bothered to hover over "Text Filters" and see what options were there. It was like they didn't exist to me.

Now I have to get over how dumb I feel
