    Copy table to new shape

    Hi Guys,

I've been reading the forum and it helped me soo many times that I cannot stop thanking you for your ideas!

Recently I've been working on making my life easier at work and I'm stuck.

At first it might looks easy but I really cannot get my head around this at all.

I have a table with list of my delivery points:

    before.JPG

which I want to make it look like this:

    after.JPG

I'm losing with my own ideas and need someone's help, as I'm getting little bit crazy that I cannot work it out.

    Thanks,
    Mike

If you have been reading the forum, you should have read that merged cells are to be avoided at all costs as they make data analysis almost impossible

I do know how annoying this is. unfortunately it was some else who created this shape and I'm trying to recover from those mistakes.

    Please try at
    H2:Hxx
    =IFERROR(INDEX($A$1:$A$13,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW($A$2:$A$13)/($A$2:$A$13>0),ROWS(H$2:H2))),"")

    I2:Kx
    =IFERROR(INDEX($B$1:$B$13,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW($B$2:$B$13)/(LOOKUP(ROW($A$2:$A$13),ROW($A$2:$A$13)/($A$2:$A$13>0),$A$2:$A$13)=$H2),COLUMNS($I2:I2))),"")
