Help needed on getting second series on pivot tables

Hi all,
I am struggling to get a second series on a chart that I created from a pivot table.
I have attached a sample spreadsheet to show.
Simplistically, the graphs on the dashboard tab, I want to replace with graphs that I have created from the pivot table (Das pivot data is the dataset).
I want to control these by a single slicer (and possibly a timeline slicer). However, when I try and add additional fields to the pivot data from the selection it combines everything into one.
Can anyone help show me what is wrong?
