IF AND formula for capturing cost using dates and duration of months

I might be halfway there or I might be going in completely the wrong direction!

Trying to capture a study cost spread over time based on a start date and duration of months. See attached example. I need to see the $33K showing up each month for the duration of the study (highlighted in yellow) but I'm only retrieving the first month. What else needs to be added to this formula?

What if Start Date was in middle of month,i.e, 15/03/2020? haft cost or full cost for March?
I assum it is full cost:
In E2 then drag accross
