i tried with offset but it is not working some mistake i am doing it

in H22 cell ,if i select exchange rate of 70 it should show 494.64
or if i select 100 pcs in filter that it should show 376.55
Please try
=SUMPRODUCT(F9:F16,G9:G16,1/H9:H16,SUBTOTAL(3,OFFSET(F9,ROW(F9:F16)-ROW(F9),)))
