Need Formula to derive multiple partial texts

Hi all.
Is there a way to use =IF(OR(ISNUMBER(SEARCH to derive different result for different set of condition.
Example
Cell A1: "*Paul*", "*Robert*" --> cell B1 "ENGLAND"
Cell A1: "*PaulO*", "*RobertO*" --> cell B1 "SPAIN"
Cell A1: "*PaXFGul*", "*RoGDFGbert*" --> cell B1 "MOON"
