Small If Offset ?

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a formula to list (horizontally) smallest to largest if a column header = "Total" and if the team ID = "O". I have a abnormally formatted data set where task times are recorded for each asset across various columns

Difficult to explain properly via text so I have attached a good example data set and explained further within the attachment.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
