    DAX Userrelationship

If I have two date columns, is there and a units column , with a measure to sum units

, the dates are called 'date' and refund, so I wanted to sum by for each so used

Which works for the dates, but gives an extra 'row' for the unmatched items, I can just use the drop down to filter this
but is there a way to incorporate that into the measure, I've tried various if , hasonevalue, isfitered, these affected the total but not the blank,
I thought onevlalue would work as the blank does have more than one value.

    I've attached workbook with example.

Thank you, yes that is what I meant, added the filter all part as it easier to understand,
also, in user; I've seen two different bits of advice, one said 'many to one side, so refund dates to calendar dates, and another recommended the other way round, I know it's not supposed to make a difference, but what's best practice? if you care?
