Tool Bar

Everytime i open excel the "reviewing" toolbar opens with it. I've gone into the Personal.xls and closed it and resaved it, but it keeps comming up everytime excel opens. Can some someone please let me know how to stop this from happening. Does anyone have any code to close it everytime excel is opened? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Open the Visual Basic editor (alt-F11), hit control-g and type this line,
followed by an enter:
Application.Commandbars("Reviewing").Enabled=False

Set it back to True whenever you do need the toolbar.
