    From help file:

If this function is not available, and returns the #NAME? error, install and
    load the Analysis ToolPak add-in.
    How?

1.. On the Tools menu, click Add-Ins.
2.. In the Add-Ins available list, select the Analysis ToolPak box, and
    then click OK.
3.. If necessary, follow the instructions in the setup program.

if you get the #n/a error it means you are using incompatible units. The
example in help is actually the one below, how can you convert feet to seconds?

    Hi Rao,

It might be that Excel is not recognising the function. This might be
because you have not loaded the Analysis ToolPak Add-In.

Try to go to Tools -> Add-Inns and here checkmark the Analysis ToolPak
    Option then press OK.

I do have to agree with Paul though and say that i think that even
with Analysis ToolPak loaded converting feet to seconds will be quiet a
    challange.

    Regards,
    Bondi
