Hide column based on the value of the 1st cell in it

I am trying to work out how to hide a column based on the 1st cell in it (Row 1) being a zero – row 1 has a =SUM in it and if this returns a zero it means that there are no results in that column… possibly be I should be trying to find/write a macro?

Data in the columns J to AP are used to make a chart, so any columns with zeroes in I want to hide so that charts are easier to read

I have found a few threads that deal with hiding rows based on various criteria but have gotten myself confused as I only want columns hidden!

Any ideas would be very welcome!

    Many thanks in advance
