Insert Flash into Excel Worksheet to Run Automatically

Hi,

Is it even possible to have a Flash animation run upon the opening of a worksheet without having it revert to opening a separate window? In other words if I bring in the Flash Object and place it right where I want it,...can it
be set up to actually run as soon as the user opens the file?

I understand that this is NOT something I would do everyday, but for this very limited application, I would like to do this.
